1. Reporting Complaints
You may file a complaint if you believe:
- Content violates Treets' Terms of Service or community guidelines.
- Content infringes your intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, etc.).
- A user or creator is engaging in harassment, fraud, or unsafe behavior.
How to report:
- Use the "Report" function on the platform (where available).
- Or email us directly at emi@treets.ai with as much detail as possible.
2. Types of Complaints Treets Handles
- Content Violations: Content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or otherwise prohibited under our Terms of Service.
- Intellectual Property Complaints: Copyright or trademark claims (see Section 4).
- Safety Complaints: Fraud, harassment, threats, or security concerns.
- Other Issues: Anything else that may compromise trust and safety on the platform.
3. Treets' Response to Complaints
All complaints are reviewed within a reasonable time frame. If the complaint is valid, Treets may:
- Remove or restrict access to the content.
- Notify the creator of the complaint and request corrections.
- Suspend or terminate accounts in serious or repeated cases.
If the complaint is rejected, Treets will provide a short explanation.
4. Intellectual Property Complaints (DMCA or Equivalent)
If you believe your copyright is being infringed on Treets, you must send us a written notice including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- Identification of the infringing material (with URL or screenshot).
- Your name, address, email, and phone number.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the complaint is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your signature (physical or electronic).
Send copyright complaints to: emi@treets.ai
Treets will act in accordance with applicable copyright laws (e.g., DMCA in the U.S.) and may remove the disputed content while processing the claim.
5. Counter-Notices
If your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint, you may submit a counter-notice if you believe the removal was mistaken. The counter-notice must include:
- Identification of the removed content.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake.
- Your contact details.
- Consent to jurisdiction of the courts where Treets is based.
If accepted, Treets may restore the content unless the complainant files a legal action within a legally defined timeframe.
6. False or Abusive Complaints
Submitting false, fraudulent, or abusive complaints is strictly prohibited. Treets reserves the right to take action against individuals or entities that abuse this process.
