1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Treets. By using Treets, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. Creators must comply with all applicable laws in their country regarding online content, payments, and intellectual property.

2. Accounts

Users and creators must register an account with accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Treets reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Content Guidelines

Creators may upload SFW or NSFW content, subject to compliance with local laws and Treets' policies.

4. Role of Treets

Treets provides a content marketplace where creators can sell digital content and fans can purchase it. Treets is not responsible for interactions between creators and users outside of the Platform. Treets does not guarantee the performance or earnings of creators.

5. Payments & Fees

Treets processes payments via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, crypto payment gateways). Treets charges creators a platform fee as disclosed during onboarding. Creators are responsible for taxes owed on their earnings. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

6. User Conduct

Users may not harass, exploit, or abuse creators. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing purchased content outside Treets without permission is prohibited. Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban.

7. Privacy & Security

Treets values user privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data. Purchases are private; Treets will not publicly disclose user buying history. While Treets implements security measures, no system is 100% secure. Users and creators accept this risk.

8. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. By posting, creators grant Treets a license to display, distribute, and host content on the Platform. Treets trademarks, branding, and software remain the exclusive property of Treets.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. Treets may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
• Breach community guidelines

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Treets provides the Platform "as is" without warranties. Treets is not liable for damages arising from:

• Content posted by creators
• User interactions
• Downtime, technical errors, or unauthorized access

Liability is limited to the amount paid to Treets in the past 12 months.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under [jurisdiction to be defined]. Users waive the right to participate in class actions.

12. Changes to Terms

Treets may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
